Creating Customer Service Standards Copy
Customer service can be defined as:
“The range of help and support offered to customers before, during and after the sale has been made.”
In some organisations it begins with the first contact and only ends when the customer ceases interaction with the organisation. In the Real Estate industry, your customer service should only end when the customer requests it to!
For example, when a buyer has settled on a property sold through you, they should still be part of your “customer for life” philosophy ensuring that you keep in contact with them (even if it’s only occasionally) as they are now a potential client in the area you work in.
Customer service standards define how an agency will carry out activities during the service process and outline how an agency’s employees will provide customer service in practice.
