Standing out amongst the many agents in an area can seem like a really hard thing to do, particularly if you’re new. I mean all agents have access to the same marketing mediums, they all have a database (even if it’s not used) So what can we do to stand out?

Once you have a clear idea of what you want to be known for, you have started down the right path. The majority of agents have simply missed this step. They have never stopped to think about this, they are simply out there doing their best.
With a clear direction of what you want to be known for, you now have the ability to build this reputation into a reality. We start with the end in mind. All the skills you need are right here in this course BUT it’s important to note that it is YOU that brings the magic to the words and messages and that magic is YOU!! This is the one thing that no one else can be – YOU!
Being authentic and being true to the person you are is critical in being a success not only in this industry but in life. The last thing this industry needs is a group of no personality robots out there saying the right words but without feeling.

Once you have a clear picture of the agent you are choosing to be you set your own guidelines for what you will accept and not accept of yourself.
